We’re recruiting on behalf of a home we’ve recently partnered with in the Ballina region, introducing a new and refreshing care model. This opportunity moves away from the traditional aged care setting and focuses on genuine connection, presence, and person-centred support.

Your Role:



· Provide person-centred care tailored to each resident

· Medication administration

· Support residents living with dementia using calm, respectful approaches

· Provide companionship and emotional support

· Work with integrity, professionalism, and compassion at all times



What You'll Need:



· Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (or equivalent)

· Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role in Australia

· Current Australian Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening

· Full working rights in Australia

· COVID-19 + flu vaccinations

· Strong communication & connection skills

· Commitment to a new care philosophy
